What this code means

The PCM has not completed its full OBD-II self-diagnostic cycle. All readiness monitors have not yet run to completion. This code commonly appears after the battery has been disconnected, codes have been cleared, or the PCM has been replaced. It is not a malfunction code but indicates the system has not yet validated emissions monitors.
