What this code means

The PCM has detected a malfunction with the rough road sensor or its circuit. The rough road sensor tells the PCM when the vehicle is on rough terrain so it can distinguish road-induced crankshaft speed variation from actual misfires.

• False misfire codes may set on rough roads
