The PCM has detected a malfunction in the fuel pump relay control circuit. The relay is not responding correctly to PCM commands, which can prevent the fuel pump from operating or cause it to run continuously.
Symptoms
- Check Engine Light
- Engine cranks but will not start
- Intermittent stalling
- Fuel pump runs continuously with key on
- No fuel pump prime on key-on
