What this code means

The Power Steering Pressure switch is not within the expected range during the KOER self-test. The PSP switch tells the PCM when the steering is being turned so it can increase idle speed to prevent stalling.

Symptoms

• Check Engine Light
• Self-test failure
• Engine may stall when turning steering wheel at idle

• PSP switch not actuated during test (steering wheel must be turned)
