What this code means
The Mass Air Flow sensor reading is outside the expected range during the PCM self-test. The sensor value does not match expected parameters for the current engine operating conditions.

Diagnostic steps

- Clean MAF sensor element with MAF cleaner spray
- Check for vacuum leaks using smoke test
- Compare MAF readings to known-good values at idle and 2500 RPM
