PSP Switch Out of Self-Test Range

What this code means
The Power Steering Pressure switch is not within the expected range during the KOER self-test. The PSP switch tells the PCM when the steering is being turned so it can increase idle speed to prevent stalling.
Symptoms
- Check Engine Light
- Self-test failure
- Engine may stall when turning steering wheel at idle

- PSP switch not actuated during test (steering wheel must be turned)
