What this code means

The TCC solenoid did not move when the PCM commanded it. This is an information code — there should be a more specific code stored in the Transmission Control Module. The TCC solenoid circuit performance is not as expected.

Symptoms

• Check Engine Light
• TCC not engaging
• Reduced fuel economy on highway
• Transmission overheating at highway speeds

• Faulty TCC solenoid
• Wiring issue to TCC solenoid
• Low transmission fluid
