What this code means
The torque converter clutch is not transmitting the expected amount of torque. Slip is detected beyond the normal engagement tolerance.
Symptoms
- Check Engine Light
- TCC shudder at highway speed
- Slight RPM fluctuation at cruise
- Reduced fuel economy at highway
- Torque converter area overheating
- Vibration at steady throttle

- Worn torque converter clutch lining
- Degraded transmission fluid
