What this code means

The PCM detected that the cooling fan control circuit has failed the output voltage check. The fan control relay circuit did not respond as expected when the PCM commanded the fan on.

Symptoms

• Cooling fan not turning on
• Poor A/C performance
• Burning smell in severe cases
