Fix: Coolant pump, temperature sensors, or cooling lines in the battery pack fail. Pump replacement: 3-4 hours. Full thermal plate/line replacement requires pack removal: 12-16 hours at dealer (special lift equipment required). Most indie shops refer out.

Fix: The forward subframe bushings (rubber isolators) crack and sag, especially in salt-belt states. Requires subframe drop and bushing press-out/in: 4-6 hours. Some techs replace all four bushings as a set. Alignment mandatory after.
