Preparation
- Park vehicle on level surface and allow engine to cool for at least 2 hours

- Remove reservoir cap slowly to release any residual pressure

- 1Drain coolant from reservoirUse a fluid extraction pump or disconnect the lower radiator hose at the reservoir to drain coolant into the drain pan. If extracting, insert tube to bottom of reservoir and pump until empty. Alternatively, pinch and slide the hose clamp down the lower hose, then carefully pull hose from reservoir nipple.
