What this code means
The PCM has detected an error in the torque converter clutch operation. The TCC is not engaging or disengaging as commanded, causing a mismatch between expected and actual TCC behavior.
Symptoms

- Engine may stall at stop (TCC stuck engaged)

- Test line pressure
