   Confirm Electric Power Steering System
   Open the hood and verify that there is no power steering fluid reservoir present. The 2019-2024 RAV4 2.5L I4 uses an electric motor mounted on the steering column or rack to provide assist, eliminating the need for hydraulic fluid, pump, and hoses.

   Inspect EPS System Components
   Visually inspect the steering column and rack area for the electric power steering motor assembly. Check for any warning lights on the instrument cluster related to power steering (typically an EPS warning light if present).

   Check for Fault Codes (Optional)
   If the customer reports steering concerns, connect an OBD-II scanner to check for any Electric Power Steering related fault codes. Address any codes according to Toyota diagnostic procedures.
