Preparation

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable
  2. Drain engine oil and coolant completely
  3. Remove hood by unbolting hinge bolts (mark hinge position for reinstallation)
  4. Disconnect all electrical connections, vacuum lines, fuel lines, and throttle linkage from engine
