Preparation

Park vehicle on level surface and turn off engine. Allow headlights to cool if recently used.
Open hood and secure with prop rod.
Put on clean lint-free gloves or have clean cloth ready for handling new bulbs.

Procedure

Locate headlight bulb access points
From the engine bay, locate the rear of the headlight assemblies on both sides. Each headlight has bulb access covers. Verify the exact bulb types and their positions (low beam vs high beam) against factory service documentation for this specific vehicle before proceeding. The access covers are round plastic caps with tabs.

Remove driver side low beam bulb
Reach behind the driver side headlight assembly and locate the low beam bulb access cover. Rotate the cover counterclockwise approximately 1/4 turn and pull it straight back to remove. Disconnect the electrical connector from the bulb base by pressing the release tab and pulling straight back. Rotate the bulb counterclockwise approximately 1/4 turn and pull it straight out of the housing.

Install driver side low beam bulb
Remove the new H11 bulb from packaging, handling only the plastic base. Insert the new bulb into the headlight housing, aligning the tabs with the slots. Rotate clockwise approximately 1/4 turn until it locks into place. Reconnect the electrical connector until it clicks. Reinstall the access cover by aligning the tabs and rotating clockwise to lock.

Locate the high beam bulb access cover behind the driver side headlight assembly. Rotate the cover counterclockwise approximately 1/4 turn and remove. Disconnect the electrical connector by pressing the release tab. Rotate the 9005 bulb counterclockwise approximately 1/4 turn and pull straight out.

Remove the new 9005 bulb from packaging, handling only the plastic base. Insert into the headlight housing, aligning the tabs. Rotate clockwise approximately 1/4 turn to lock. Reconnect the electrical connector until it clicks. Reinstall the access cover by rotating clockwise.

Remove passenger side low beam bulb
Reach behind the passenger side headlight assembly and locate the low beam bulb access cover. Rotate counterclockwise approximately 1/4 turn and remove. Disconnect the electrical connector by pressing the release tab. Rotate the H11 bulb counterclockwise approximately 1/4 turn and remove from the housing.

Remove the new H11 bulb from packaging, handling only the plastic base. Insert into the headlight housing, aligning the tabs with the slots. Rotate clockwise approximately 1/4 turn to lock. Reconnect the electrical connector until it clicks. Reinstall the access cover by rotating clockwise.

Reassembly

Verify all four bulb access covers are fully seated and rotated to the locked position.
Close hood securely.

Verification

Turn ignition to ON position and activate headlights. Verify both low beams illuminate.
Activate high beams and verify both high beams illuminate.
