    Fill the power steering reservoir with Motorcraft MERCON LV ATF to the cold fill line (do not overfill). Start with approximately 1 quart and add as needed during bleeding process.

    With the engine off, turn the steering wheel fully from lock to lock 10 times slowly. Check fluid level and add as needed. Reconnect the battery. Start the engine and let it idle.
