Preparation

  1. Park vehicle on level surface and chock rear wheels securely
  2. Disconnect negative battery cable to prevent accidental deployment of any electronic systems
  3. Apply penetrating oil to all suspension fasteners and allow to soak for at least 30 minutes before beginning work
